We offer Free Australia shipping cost when customer purchase over $59.
All packages are sent via Australia Post with tracking number.
We generally process orders within 1-2 business days and the item will be shipped the next business day. We ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding VIC public holidays).
Sunmul is not liable for lost, misplaced or stolen packages once your purchase has been lodged with Australia Post. You can lodge an enquiry into missing parcels with Australia Post here.

Important Information
- We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
- Sunmul is unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Sunmul is not responsible for replacement products if your Australia Post tracking number shows that your parcel has been delivered.
- Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete delivery address. If your delivery address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.
